Make sure you have a clear space at home where you can move around and there's nothing in the way, that could possibly cause an injury.

Classes moved back online via Zoom from Monday, 17 August, following the change to Alert Level 3 for Auckland.

From Monday, 31 August, we return to the studio with classes held under Level 2 guidelines. Click here for our Level 2 timetable.

For any students remaining at home during Level 2, you're able to access your classes via Zoom using the same IDs and passwords.
