SARAH DE LILLE
Sarah has been teaching for 14 years after completing her Solo Seal diplomas in Jazz + Tap.
She has worked as a freelance choreographer and adjudicator throughout New Zealand, and currently teaches our Senior Jazz, Tap and Performing Groups.
Sarah also works as a Registered Nurse and has recently become a new Mum.
Scott has been involved within the dance studio for many years, firstly as a brother of a former student, then with his wife, Sarah.
He looks after the administration work for the studio, edits music for our solo and group competition routines, and maintains our social media channels.
Krez has been part of the Stewart Dance Studios family for many years.
Firstly as a student, Krez completed all NZAMD levels, including Solo Seal, in Ballet, Jazz + Tap. After this, she began teaching our dancers in Jazz, Hip Hop + Ballet.
She was also the captain of the SKYCITY Cheer Team, performing for a number of sports teams and events.
Outside of dance, Krez is a mother of three, and also runs her own business with her husband, Koby.
Tracey has been teaching dance for 14 years, and is also a Mother of two girls, aged 3 and 1.
Jazz, Ballet + Performing Group
Zoë has been teaching our Junior Jazz + Ballet students since 2014, and has recently been assisting Sarah with our Performing Groups.
She was a competitive dancer since the age of 7, and has completed her Solo Seal diploma in Jazz.
Outside of dancing, Zoë works in Early Childhood Education and this year, she will begin her Bachelors degree to become a Registered ECE teacher.
Kate has been involved with Stewart Dance Studios for many years, as a student and part of our Performing Groups.
She has taught our Junior Jazz levels since 2014.
When she is not teaching, Kate works as a qualified Early Childhood teacher.
Teaching our Ballet classes for the last 6 years, Sam was also part of our Performing Groups for many years.
After completing her Nursing degree at Manukau Institute of Technology in 2020, Sam has just started her career as an Emergency Department Nurse.
Brooke started her training at Stewart Dance Studios at the age 4 representing the studio from age 6, placing second at the NZAMD nationals in 2014.
In 2015 she graduated from The Edge Performers School in Melbourne on a full scholarship.
Brooke was a member of the NZ SkyCity Cheer Team and works for Momentum Productions and Diamond Entertainment.
Brooke has also completed 4 contracts for Princess Cruises from 2016, one as an Assistant Cast Manager and another as part of the inaugural cast on board the Sky Princess.
Tap + Jazz
Jazz + Ballet
Olivia began teaching our Jazz + Ballet students in 2013.
She was a competitive dancer for many years representing the studio, competing twice at the National Young Performer Awards, reaching the semi-finals in 2017.
For the past three years, Olivia has been part of the Momentum Productions Development team, and is currently in her second year at AUT studying Occupational Therapy.
Chloe has taught at SDS for the past 6 years and is in her final year studying communication design.
Hip Hop, Jazz + Contemporary
Danielle began dancing at the age of 5, and is a member of our Senior Performing Group. She has also completed her Solo Seal diplomas in Jazz, Contemporary + Hip Hop.
Representing the studio at the NZAMD Scholarship weekends, Danielle placed second in Hip Hop and first in Contemporary.
She has also been part of the Momentum Productions Development team for 2 years.
Danielle currently teaches our Junior Hip Hop, Contemporary and Senior Jazz classes.
